Candidate Statement

As your Commissioner, I’ve fought for you. Since joining the Commission, my top priority has been keeping rates affordable while providing reliable energy.

I understand that families and small businesses are struggling during these uncertain times. That is why I championed over $40 million in refunds to customers and have worked hard to lessen the impact of rate increases for Arizonans.

I also supported efforts to stop disconnecting customers during the hot summer months to protect seniors and our most vulnerable.

What else have I done on the Commission?

I’ve fought to hold utilities accountable because I know they work for us and not the other way around.

In addition, I supported the Commission’s Code of Ethics to ensure that all commissioners are working for the best interest of Arizonans and to eliminate corruption and influence from the utility industry.

I am not a career politician. I’m a mother, small business owner and public servant fighting for affordable utility rates and economic prosperity.
